When you choose VERTEX we go the extra miles to correctly engineer ultra-durable seat covers using premium raw materials so you can install them and drive on confidently. We build products that are designed to serve you well for as long as you own them.

THE STRONGEST WARRANTY IN THE BUSINESS 

VERTEX guarantees to the original purchaser of VERTEX seat covers that they will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. That means you can be as hard as you want on them, and we'll cover everything except normal wear and tear for as long as you own the vehicle they are originally purchased for.

WHAT VERTEX WILL COVER UNDER WARRANTY

If your seat covers ever fail due to a manufacturing or material defect then we will repair or replace it. Evaluations for warranty coverage will be handled on a case by case basis, and provided at our sole discretion.

For example(s): In the unlikely case that you find a flaw when you open the box or your seat covers do not fit properly or your crew manages to break the stitching open three years down the road - then you don't have to stress - you're covered. Just contact us so we can repair or replace the item in question.

WHO IS COVERED

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, the original product and the original vehicle the products are purchased for. It is not transferable and does require proof of purchase. If you are the second owner of VERTEX seat covers we can help you under our repair program.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

We've spent years sourcing high-quality materials and raw goods that are proven and long lasting. And we take pride in knowing that you will be satisfied with the quality you find. VERTEX products do excel in every comparison - but they are not quite indestructible.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alterations, modification, abuse, severe abrasive conditions, improper washing, chemical spills, vehicle accidents, negligence, pets, bears, fire or any other natural or unnatural disaster.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal everyday wear and tear or the eventual and normal breakdown of colors and materials over years of use. Dye-lots and material colors may vary over time.

YEAR-ROUND REPAIR AVAILABLE TOO

If you are actually able to wear out your seat cover products or you get a snag, rip or burn and you need to have a repair made we will be happy to arrange reasonably and simply priced repairs.

PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS AS NEEDED

Whether your dog chews it up or you lost it or you just want a new one. As long as you placed your original order with VERTEX we are able to take orders for as little as one part, as needed.

HOW TO TRADE-IN OTHER BRANDS OF SEAT COVERS TO GET VERTEX

In the unfortunate circumstance that you purchased and are stuck with another brand of seat covers that you bought from a different company - we can help.

Please reach out to learn if your seat covers will qualify for our trade-in program. After determining if your current seat covers qualify we may offer you partial VERTEX store credit and help you replace them with the best custom-built seat covers available! ***Exclusive offer that only applies to 2015+ and newer pickup trucks. 

COMMON WARRANTY & REPAIR QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN YOU SAY FITS CORRECTLY?

With proper installation your seat covers should fit snug - and not shift around, they should cover all of the upholstery and be created like a replica of your seats. However, not every seam line will always match. For example, you may have the FORD F150 XLT model, but we built the seat covers to look like the FORD F150 LARIAT model seats to serve as a an upgrade and seat protection.

IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED?

No, but we may still be able to repair the item in question. We build your covers using the most premium materials we can find and our mission is to provide long-lasting seat covers that you won't have to worry about for years. Still, due to the natural and eventual breakdown of any textile product, and the differences in our customer's lifestyles, we cannot warranty against normally expected wear and tear over years of use. But we can fix or replace it - because we made it.

WHAT'S AN EXAMPLE OF A DEFECT THAT WOULD BE COVERED?

We work hard to improve our manufacturing processes and double check every stitch that gets sent out the door. But if we miss any type of material or manufacturing defects such as broken stitching, discoloration, unraveling or a workmanship error we will quickly provide a solution. Even if your stitching splits apart after 3 years of use - we'll warranty it. Just send us some quick photos of the issue and we'll provide a solution to get you back in action as quickly as possible.

WHAT IF I MESSED IT UP AND JUST WANT IT FIXED? CAN YOU DO THAT?

Yes, we get it...life gets messy and we like it when our products get put to the test. That's why we offer additional repairs and replacements at a reasonable rate. Get in touch with us and we will be glad to help fix or replace the items you need. Please email pictures and your request to support@vertexoffroad.com with reference to your original order.

IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE, DO I NEED TO SEND THE ORIGINAL BACK?

Typically, yes. Your product must be returned directly to VERTEX at 1815 N. Main St. Logan, UT 84341 with a return authorization number. All shipping to warranty must be pre-paid. VERTEX will not be liable for any lost in-bound packages. If an item proves to be defective upon arrival VERTEX will repair the item. If repairs are not possible then we will replace it with a new item and cover standard ground shipping costs back to you.

If you need your warranty item expedited for any reason (upcoming project, family vacation, hunting trip, etc.) then any additional shipping charges (Overnight or 2nd Day Air) will be billed to you. Shipping charges for repairs are handled the same. As long as you send it to us - we'll fix it and send it back to you.

WHY DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE ITEM BEFORE RETURNING IT?

We've seen it all - covers that look brand new, and others that look like they've been drug through the horse corral and worse. We value our employees and try to provide a great work environment, for that reason we expect the product to be cleaned before it's handled. Charges may be assessed if cleaning is required.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIMS?

After the product has arrived at our location it will be serviced. Depending on the work to be done - we expect to correct and ship the items back to you in about one week. You will be given a tracking number from a carrier of our choice (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) when it ships back to you.

Accommodations for expedited shipping can be made as needed.


No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of VERTEX. Also, VERTEX shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
VERTEX’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. VERTEX is not responsible for any other damage.
Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
