If you don't like what you see, let us know before you install the seat covers into your truck.

GUARANTEED TO FIT RIGHT

The details make the difference. VERTEX OFF-ROAD® seat covers are also guaranteed to fit right, look right and function right. We manufacture seat covers exclusively for pickup trucks which allows us to focus on delivering a like-factory fit and appearance made exactly for the seat configurations in each year, make model, sub-model and cab size of each vehicle in our lineup.

Each seat cover design is made to fit the shape, contour and size of the original panels made by Chevy, GMC, Jeep, Ford, Ram and Toyota and will look like a replica of the factory seats in the most popular sub-models. Accomodations for your headrest posts, air bags, child-car-seat-anchors, levers, knobs, seat belts, pockets and cupholders are always included. 

The seat covers are designed to protect and fit directly over-the-top of your original seats, headrests, cupholders and consoles to both protect the original upholstery and upgrade your driving experience. There are limitations to what can be accomplished while still serving as protection vs. replacement upholstery. But, after being adjusted and installed well they should look like they belong in your truck. If they don't, send us some pictures so we can help. We want our products to look good in your truck, too.

VERTEX OFF-ROAD® guarantees to the original purchaser of authentic VERTEX OFF-ROAD® brand seat covers that they will be free of defects in workmanship and construction for as long as you own the vehicle they are originally purchased for. 

In the rare case that something breaks, all you have to do is help us understand what went wrong, treat our customer support staff with respect and we'll find a way to make it right with you.

We are the exclusive retailer and sole source of our products. As such, we gladly stand behind our material selections, designs, workmanship, processes, installation systems and will gladly authenticate your order and provide support, as needed. 

PURCHASE REPLACEMENT PARTS AS NEEDED

As long as you placed your original order with VERTEX OFF-ROAD™ we are able to take orders for as little as one part, as needed.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

If your seat covers ever fail due to a manufacturing or material defect then we will repair or replace it. Evaluations for warranty coverage will be handled on a case by case basis, and provided at our sole discretion.

For example(s): In the unlikely case that you find a flaw when you open the box or your seat covers do not fit properly or your crew manages to break the stitching open three years down the road - then you don't have to stress - you're covered. Just contact us so we can repair or replace the item in question.

WHO IS COVERED

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, the original product and the original vehicle the products are purchased for. It is not transferable and does require proof of purchase. If you are the second owner we can help you under our repair program.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

We've spent years sourcing high-quality materials and raw goods that are proven and long lasting. And we take pride in knowing that you will be satisfied with the quality you find. VERTEX OFF-ROAD™ products do excel in every comparison - but they are not indestructible.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, alterations, modification, abuse, severe abrasive conditions, improper washing, chemical spills, vehicle accidents, negligence, pets, bears, fire or any other natural or unnatural disaster.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal everyday wear and tear or the eventual, normal and expected breakdown of colors and materials over years of use. Dye-lots and material colors may vary over time.

COMMON WARRANTY & REPAIR QUESTIONS

IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED?

No, but we may still be able to repair the item in question.

Due to the natural and eventual breakdown of any textile product, and the differences in our customer's work, hobbies and lifestyles, we cannot warranty against normally expected wear and tear over years of use. 

But it is a win to keep the damage and mess on the seat covers, where it belongs.

IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE, DO I NEED TO SEND THE ORIGINAL BACK?

Typically, yes. Your product must be returned with a return authorization number. We will not be liable for any lost in-bound packages. If an item proves to be defective upon arrival we will repair it. If repairs are not possible then we will replace the item and cover standard ground shipping costs back to you.

If you need your warranty item expedited for any reason (upcoming project, family vacation, hunting trip, etc.) then any additional shipping charges (Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) will be billed to you.

Shipping charges for repairs are handled the same. As long as you send it to us - we'll fix it and send it back to you.

WHY DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE ITEM BEFORE RETURNING IT?

We've seen it all - covers that look brand new, and others that look like they've been drug through the horse corral and worse. We value our employees and try to provide a great work environment, for that reason we expect the product to be cleaned before it's handled. Charges may be assessed if cleaning is required.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIMS?

After the product has arrived at our location it will be serviced. Depending on the work to be done - we expect to correct and ship the items back to you in about one week. You will be given a tracking number from a carrier of our choice (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) when it ships back to you.

Accommodations for expedited shipping can be made as needed.


No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of VERTEX OFF-ROAD™. Also, VERTEX OFF-ROAD™ shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
VERTEX OFF-ROAD™’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. VERTEX OFF-ROAD™ is not responsible for any other damage.
Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
