CANCELLATION OR RETURN POLICY

VERTEX OFFROAD, LLC is an on-demand manufacturer and fabricates each order specifically for the customer who orders it. We believe in building quality products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience.  We offer a lifetime warranty and repair program to back up our work.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure each order is placed correctly. If you have additional questions during the ordering process please call or email to confirm the accuracy of your order. If you have questions about the seat configuration in your truck we suggest sending pictures of your seats along with your order # to support@vertexoffroad.com for double-confirmation. 

Each seat cover order is scheduled into production and manufactured in routine batches of Chevy, GMC, Ford, Jeep, Ram and Toyota vehicles according to the specifications of your order. Our standard production lead time is 10 weeks from the date you place your order. In extended circumstances with our supply chain or periods of seasonal demand your order may take longer. Our customer service team receives production updates on the 1st and 15th of each month and can likewise share information as it becomes available to them. We are constantly working to improve our operations and your experience and appreciate your support as we are a growing US Small Business.

If you find a defect in the materials, fit or workmanship of your order we will gladly repair or replace it for you. If you believe your item is defective, please email pictures along with a brief description and the order number to support@vertexoffroad.com and we will contact you with a solution within 3-4 business days. We may require pictures of the seats in your truck and the product you received to verify fitment.

Because of the time and materials committed to each custom order all custom product sales are final but may be canceled or returned for a refund less a 20% re-stocking fee, on a case by case basis, and according to the criteria named below. 

 

To qualify for a return:

  • You must return the item within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in brand new condition. 
  • If the items have been installed in your vehicle they are NOT eligible to be returned.
  • You MUST obtain a return authorization number to include on the return shipping label. Packages that arrive without an RMA number will be refused.
  • The products must be properly repackaged in the original packaging with all parts and accessories from the original order.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

 

Colors, materials and combinations of seat covers that are not pictured on our website are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations of seat cover orders that are already being manufactured are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Refunds do NOT include shipping, handling or any customization charges that may have been assessed. And are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

If the product arrives dirty, damaged or used we may not be able to offer a refund. Or may require a higher re-stocking fee. 

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14-30 business days.

We reserve the right to reject cancellation or refund requests if the customer does not meet the outlined conditions. 

Again, we are the manufacturer of our products and want you to have a good experience. If there is something we can do to help - we will. We guarantee our work, and in return, we ask for your courtesy and respect of our employees and processes required.
