Because of the time and materials committed to each custom order, all sales are final. But every order is guaranteed to look right, fit right, and last — backed by our Lifetime Warranty and repair program.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to make sure each order is placed correctly. If you're unsure about your seat configuration, send a few photos of your seats to support@vertexoffroad.com to confirm — our team will triple-check the details to make sure your covers arrive right, the first time.

Seat cover orders are scheduled into routine production runs by brand — Chevy, GMC, Ford, Ram, and Toyota — and built to the exact specifications of your vehicle. Standard production lead time is 10 weeks. In some cases, due to seasonal demand or supply chain delays, your order may take longer.
