SHIPPING POLICY

All VERTEX seat covers are made to order — We don’t rush. We build. Each set is cut, stitched, and quality-inspected before it leaves our facility. That’s why it fits right — and why it lasts.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

  • Standard lead time: Approximately 10 weeks

  • Timelines may vary slightly based on material availability, vehicle model, and seasonal demand

You'll receive email updates when your order:

  • Is confimed and enters production

  • Ships with tracking number(s)

If your order exceeds the quoted lead time significantly, you may request a refund prior to shipment — just email support@vertexoffroad.com 

 

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground

  • Typical delivery time: 4–7 business days after shipment 

  • All orders ship from our facility in Utah

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (no PO Boxes)

 DELIVERY & FITMENT GUARANTEE

Every VERTEX order is backed by our Fitment & Satisfaction Guarantee.

If something looks off when your covers arrive, do not install them — contact us first to confirm fitment.

If there’s a verified shipping issue or fulfillment error, we will repair or replace the affected item(s) at no cost.

Once installed, seat covers are no longer eligible for exchange.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

All orders are shipped with tracking and confirmation. Once a shipment leaves our facility, final delivery is managed by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier marks them as delivered. That said, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide any documentation they may require.

To protect your shipment, we strongly recommend setting up delivery preferences with the carrier directly before your order ships:
