At VERTEX, every set of seat covers is custom-built for your truck — not pulled from a shelf.
We cut, stitch, and fabricate each order on demand using premium materials and real-world craftsmanship. Standard production lead time is 10 weeks, though some orders may take longer depending on demand and materials.

Due to the time and materials committed to every build, all sales are final once production begins — but fitment and quality are guaranteed. If your order exceeds our quoted lead time significantly, you may be eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to support and we’ll review it with you.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to place the correct order - but you're not on your own. If you're unsure about your year, make, model, cab size, submodel or seat configuration — just send a few photos of your seats to support@vertexoffroad.com We will triple-check the details for you and make sure your covers are made right.
THE PROCESS
Orders are scheduled into routine production runs by brand — Chevy, GMC, Ford, Ram, and Toyota — and built to the exact specifications of your vehicle. Once your order is complete, it ships direct from our facility in Logan, Utah.
